Geister in der Wüste? Kunst im Sand?
Das Abendmahl
Zweieinhalb Meilen westlich von Beatty, auf
dem Weg ins Tal des Todes:
Rhyolite.
The Last Supper
Albert
Szukalski's sculpture, one of the seven outdoor sculptures among the
remaining stone foundations and brick fronts of the former mining town
Rhyolite , just outside
of Beatty on the road to
Death
Valley.
An elaborate railroad depot and a house constructed almost
entirely of bottles are two of the few surviving structures in Rhyolite,
neither is open for the public.
